Transformemos Honduras (Spanish for "Let's Transform Honduras") is an ecumenical Christian movement spearheaded by AJS-supported justice workers in Honduras, that, in the wake of Honduras' divisive 2009 political crisis, seeks to unite Hondurans and friends of Honduras worldwide around efforts to improve services and fight corruption in the areas of Employment, Health, Education, Corruption, and Crime.

The movement has gained the support of World Vision, Compassion International, Project Global Village, the UNDP, USAID, the World Bank, many of Honduras' most influential Catholic and Evangelical leaders, hundreds of congregations, and thousands of individuals. exposed, and sought to remedy, massive corruption in Honduras' Public Education and Public Health systems.
In January 2011, TH members undertook a week-long bicycle trip from Honduras' Caribbean Coast to its Pacific Coast to bring attention to its Christian anti-corruption platform.
Currently TH is playing a key role in negotiating a solution to a deep-rooted public education crisis.
